1. Acceptance of the Terms
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of HoneyLink (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or “HoneyLink”) by users (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "Company") to use all the services offered
1.1 Parties Involved
This Agreement is entered into by HoneyLink (Honey Lime Agency Co., Ltd. or its affiliation) and the Company utilizing HoneyLink platform purposes.
2. Liability
HoneyLink aims to provide a reliable Platform, but we must inform you that we cannot be held responsible for certain types of issues. HoneyLink will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, the inability to use the Platform, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties.
3. Intellectual Property and Use Restrictions
HoneyLink retains all intellectual property rights to this Platform. Engaging in the following activities without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited:
- Copying, modifying, creating derivative works from, reverse engineering, adapting, altering, emulating, translating, compiling, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform.
- Infringing upon the privacy or intellectual property rights of others through the use of the Platform.
- Sending spam or unsolicited messages via the Platform.
- Attempting to bypass or disable any security features of the Platform.
4. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us, and we are dedicated to safeguarding the personal information you provide. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.
4.1 Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
This DPA establishes to clarify that the Platform functions as the Data Processor, while the Company serves as the Data Controller. In accordance with applicable data protection laws, such as the PDPA, the Data Controller must ensure that all Personal Data shared with the Platform is lawfully collected and processed. The Data Controller must obtain necessary consents from Data Subjects for the processing of their Personal Data. The Platform will process Personal Data only based on the Data Controller's instructions and will implement appropriate security measures to protect the data. Additionally, the Data Controller is responsible for handling data subject requests and any data breach notifications in accordance with legal requirements.
5. Changes of the Services
HoneyLink holds the right to change, update, or enhance the Platform or any part of it, at any time, without notice. We may also restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform. We are not liable for any data loss that may occur if your access to the Platform is terminated.
6. Prohibited Activities
The Company is strictly prohibited from engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities while using the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Fraudulent activities.
- Infringing upon the privacy or intellectual property rights of others through the use of the Platform.
- Sending spam or unsolicited messages via the Platform.
- Attempting to bypass or disable any security features of the Platform.
4.1 Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
The platform does not endorse, support, or take responsibility for any illegal activities conducted by the Company or its affiliates using our Platform. The Company acknowledges that it will not use our Platform to support or facilitate any illegal activities. Any illegal activities will result in immediate termination from the Platform and may lead to legal action.
